This looks fucking brutal. I wont spoil anything for you like I did for myself by reading the film's Wiki page, but suffice to say there is some crazy shit in there. I'll let the words 'Newborn Porn' say it all.

If anyone knows horror it'd be the Serbs.

Oh yeah, should probably mention that there are boobs in this. Maybe don't watch it at work. Or do, and get fired. I'll do the same and we can hang out together this summer.
