Kids, don't forget...
...it's a sick sick world that we live in.
"A man convicted of murdering his girlfriend because she refused to dispose of his previous girlfriend's body has been sentenced to death."
"A man convicted of murdering his girlfriend because she refused to dispose of his previous girlfriend's body has been sentenced to death."
There's a good chance that, like me...
...you are currently feeling shit. I mean, it's fucking Monday, and as played out as hating Mondays is, it isn't exactly winning the week-day popularity contest. Plus I'm still hungover after drinking mo'cider and watching the White Birds & Lemons and The Veils KILL it on Saturday night.
There's only one thing for it. The blues.

Haz I shown you him B4?
So good. Three strings. Wooden box. Ghetto as fuck, just the way the blues should be.

YYEEEEEAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!
Someone from Yemen came back to FC! Fucking sweet. I'd hate to be looking at FC when I was high on QAT. Actually, I hate to be looking at FC when I was high on anything. ACTUALLY, I'd hate to be high on anything. But hey, I don't discriminate, and you Mr. or Mrs. Yemenite can look at this blog while you are high on whatever you like. Next time though, can you please comment?
If you managed to sit through...
...the entirety of that previous song, then you are either A] Deaf; B] Desperately in need of coitus; or C] Deaf and desperately in need of coitus.
But how funny is it for about a minute and a half! DEEP IN DA NIGHT! I AM LOOKING FOR SOME FUN! Ha ha ha ha. Fucking Germans.
To make up for that aural-assault, here is some actually really good kraut-haus. I've posted videoclips before, and now here's the real fucking deal. Pull up your socks and dance, bitches.
Kraftwerk - Man Machine. In all honesty, what I think is one of the finest albums ever made.

Vitriolage...
...is sickening.
Saira Liaqat, 26, poses for the camera as she holds a portrait of herself before being burned, at her home in Lahore, Pakistan, Wednesday, July 9, 2008. When she was fifteen, Saira was married to a relative who would later attack her with acid after insistently demanding her to live with him, although the families had agreed she wouldn't join him until she finished school. Saira has undergone plastic surgery 9 times to try to recover from her scars.
Najaf Sultana, 16, poses for a photograph at her home in Lahore, Pakistan on Wednesday, July 9, 2008. At the age of five Najaf was burned by her father while she was sleeping, apparently because he didn't want to have another girl in the family. As a result of the burning Najaf became blind and after being abandoned by both her parents she now lives with relatives. She has undergone plastic surgery around 15 times to try to recover from her scars.
Shahnaz Bibi, 35, poses for a photograph in Lahore, Pakistan, Sunday, Oct. 26, 2008. Ten years ago Shahnaz was burned with acid by a relative due to a familial dispute. She has never undergone plastic surgery.
"80% of victims of these acid attacks are female and almost 40% are under 18 years of age."

This is terryfying
"A car crash victim has spoken of the horror he endured for 23 years after he was misdiagnosed as being in a coma when he was conscious the whole time."
Full story here.
I don't know how the human mind could endure that level of frustration and torture.

So, I saw this band on Letterman a few weeks back...
...and I thought they were really good. They were called Florence & The Machine. I just remembered now so I thought I'd go download their album and see if it's any good. Well well well, fuckhead record company strikes again. Any and every link to the album that was on the webernet has been removed due to copyright violation.
When are these artists going to get the picture? Downloading isn't hurting you, it's helping you. Don't agree? The figures don't lie. I couldn't tell you the number of albums I have PURCHASED after downloading and discovering a great artist on the internet. Akron/Family, St Vincent, Atmosphere, the list goes on. You know who wont be on that list? Florence & The Machine. They, and their useless fucking record company wont get a cent of my money now. Perhaps be a little wiser in who you chose to represent you in the future Florence. I mean seriously, Island carry fucking Toni Braxton, Elton John, and Rihanna. Do you think you belong there? It can mean only one thing: you're just trying to chase a buck. Well I don't buy albums made by sell-outs.

YOUR WHOLE FAMILY IS MADE OF MEAT!
If you've never read Qwantz before I suggest you hit 'Apple-T', or what-ever-the-fuck-it-is you push on a PC, and get yourself a new window for some great reading.

What do you say to somebody you hate?
Or anyone tryin'a bring trouble your way?
Have you ever listened to Eminem's debut album, Infinite? There's a good chance you haven't. There's probably also a good chance you have. Recorded in '95 and released in '96, it oozes that 90s hip-hop sound, and Marshall kills it on the rhyme front. And just in case you're all like 'ohmygod eminem, wat r u? like, 16?', this is Eminem before he was Eminem as you know him. There aren't any songs about killing his ex-wife or any of that shit. Shits REAL, son!
